Is Junior Dos Santos the Next Fedor?

We all know Bones and Silva can't be because unlike Fedor, these two pound for pound fighters aren't fighting in their true weight and have a huge size advantage over all their opponents.

Dos Santos on the other hand relies on skill to win rather than reach advantage, much like Fedor.

Dos Santos and Fedor also have parallels:
*Both started as huge underdogs.
*Fedor fought his way to Nogueira and beat him. Dos Santos fought his way up to Cain and destroyed him.
*Fedor starts to pick apart most of the weaker challengers. Dos Santos does the same thing(Frank Mir).
*The ex Champions(Cain and Nogueira) has a rematch in which Fedor had won and Dos Santos most likely will win.
*A super dangerous man challenges them(Cro Cop and Overeem).
